3M India Dividend of ₹535 announced

3M India Limited has reported its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, showing modest revenue growth amid a decline in profitability, and also announced a significant dividend payout for shareholders.

3M India Q4 Results

For the quarter ended March 2025, 3M India reported total income of ₹1,211.75 crore, reflecting year-on-year (YoY) growth of approximately 7.7% from ₹1,124.73 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.  However, profit after tax (PAT) fell sharply to ₹71.37 crore from ₹172.85 crore in Q4 FY24, reflecting a decline of 58.7%.

The company attributed the decline in PAT partly to one-time net tax expense of ₹98.90 crore arising from settlement of inheritance tax disputes under the Vivaad se Vishwas (VSV) scheme.

3M India FY25 Results

On a full-year basis, revenue reached ₹4,515.82 crore, a growth of 5.8% from ₹4,267.65 crore in FY24. Annual net profit stood at ₹476.07 crore, down from ₹583.42 crore in the previous year, reflecting a decline of 18.4% year-on-year.

3M India Dividend

Generous Dividend Declaration In a move that will please investors, the Board of Directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹160 and a special dividend of ₹375 per equity share (face value ₹10), aggregating to ₹535 per share. 
3M India Dividend Record Date

The dividend is subject to shareholders’ approval at the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on August 26, 2025.  The record date for dividend eligibility is July 25, 2025.
