During the quarter ended March 31, 2025, KEC posted operating revenue of ₹6,872.12 crore, up 11.47% from ₹6,164.83 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Net profit for the quarter increased to ₹268.20 crore, showing a sharp growth of 76.74% as compared to ₹151.75 crore in Q4 FY2024. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹10.08.
KEC International FY25 Results
For the full financial year FY25, KEC achieved a growth of 9.70% in operating revenue, which increased from ₹19,914.17 crore in FY24 to ₹21,846.70 crore. Annual net profit witnessed a significant growth of 64.58%, growing from ₹346.78 crore in the previous year to ₹570.74 crore. EPS for the year was reported at ₹21.80.
Dividend Announced After KEC International Q4 Results
In a move welcomed by investors, the company’s board of directors has proposed a dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share (equivalent to 275% of the face value of ₹2 each) for FY25. The dividend proposal is subjaect to shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be distributed within 30 days of approval.
