Revenue from Operations: ₹126,853 lakh, up 3.6% quarter-on-quarter from ₹122,466 lakh in Q3 FY25.

Total Income: ₹132,969 lakh, up 3.8% quarter-on-quarter from ₹128,120 lakh in Q3.

Net Profit (PAT): ₹35,823 lakh, up 5% quarter-on-quarter from ₹34,109 lakh.

Earnings per share (EPS): ₹4.48, up 5% quarter-on-quarter from ₹4.26 in Q3.

Compared to the same quarter last year (Q4 FY24), IRCTC showed impressive YoY growth:

Revenue from operations: ₹126,853 lakh, up 10.2% YoY from ₹115,172 lakh.

Total income: ₹132,969 lakh, up 12.3% YoY from ₹118,435 lakh.

Net profit (PAT): ₹35,823 lakh, up 26% YoY from ₹28,418. lakh.

EPS: ₹4.48 as against ₹3.55 in Q4 FY24.

IRCTC FY25 Full Year Performance: FY25 vs FY24

Revenue from operations: ₹467,477 lakh, up 9.7% from ₹426,021 lakh in FY24.

Total Income: ₹490,386 lakh, up 10.8% YoY from ₹442,469 lakh in FY24.

Net profit (PAT): ₹131,490 lakh, up 18.3% YoY from ₹111,108 lakh in FY24.

EPS (annualized): ₹16.44, up from ₹13.89 in the previous fiscal.

IRCTC Dividend declaration

IRCTC’s Board of Directors has declared a final dividend of ₹1.00 per equity share of face value of ₹2 for FY25.  This is in addition to interim dividends of ₹4.00 (paid in November 2024) and ₹3.00 (paid in March 2025), taking the total dividend for FY25 to ₹8.00 per share.
