For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, Bajaj Auto reported a standalone net profit of ₹2,049 crore, up from ₹1,936 crore in the same period last year.  Total revenue from operations stood at ₹12,148 crore, showing a significant year-on-year increase as compared to ₹11,485 crore in Q4 FY24.

The company’s operational efficiency and cost control measures resulted in an expansion in quarterly EBITDA margins, while its annual standalone profit after tax rose to ₹8,151 crore for FY25 from ₹7,479 crore in FY24. Total comprehensive income for the year reached ₹9,375 crore, reflecting resilient performance across product lines.

As part of its commitment to reward shareholders, the board of Bajaj Auto has recommended a final dividend of ₹210 per equity share for FY25.  The dividend will be paid on or around August 8, 2025, subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM scheduled on August 6, 2025.
