The final Hero MotoCorp dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), adds to the interim dividend of ₹100 per share already disbursed during the year. The total dividend for the financial year now stands at an impressive ₹165 per share, translating to a massive 8,250% on face value—reflecting Hero MotoCorp’s strong financial performance and robust cash flow generation.

The company has set July 24, 2025, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for this final dividend. The payment will be completed within 30 days following approval at the AGM scheduled for August 5, 2025.

In its financial report, Hero MotoCorp posted a consolidated net profit of ₹4,375.81 crore for FY25, up from ₹3,742.16 crore in FY24. Revenue from operations crossed ₹40,900 crore, showcasing sustained consumer demand and efficient operations. The company also maintained a strong cash position despite a ₹159.99 crore expense toward a voluntary retirement scheme during the year.
