The company reintroduced its Initial Public Offering (IPO) between February 12 and February 14, 2025, with a price band of ₹674 to ₹708 per share. Upon listing on the NSE at ₹745.50, the stock delivered a 5.3% premium over the issue price. The entire IPO was an offer-for-sale by CA Magnum Holdings, with a total issue size of ₹8,750 crore.

The payout is scheduled for April 23, 2025, ensuring a timely distribution to shareholders.

Today, Hexaware Technologies’ share price saw a significant drop, closing at ₹656.25, marking a decline of ₹27.35 (-4.%) from the previous close of ₹683.65. The stock opened at ₹694.95 and briefly hit a high of ₹694.95, before falling to ₹645.65, which is also its lowest level since relisting.
