Mastek Limited, a leading digital engineering and cloud transformation partner, has announced a final dividend of ₹16 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The proposed final dividend of ₹16 per share comes in addition to the interim dividend of ₹7 per share that was declared earlier during the financial year. As a result, the cumulative dividend for the financial year 2024–25 stands at ₹23 per share, translating to a 460% payout on the nominal value of ₹5. This reflects a substantial improvement over the previous year’s distribution of ₹19 per share (380%), reaffirming Mastek’s dedication to enhancing shareholder returns while advancing its long-term growth objectives.

North American operations followed with ₹93,285 lakh, while the AMEA region accounted for ₹54,186 lakh.
