In a major year-end move, OnePlus has officially expanded its product portfolio in India with the simultaneous launch of two highly anticipated devices: the OnePlus 15R smartphone and the OnePlus Pad Go 2 tablet.

Announced on Wednesday, December 17, these new entries aim to strike a balance between high-end performance and market accessibility. While the 15R serves as a direct successor to the 13R released earlier this year, the Pad Go 2 positions itself as a budget-friendly alternative to the flagship OnePlus Pad series.

The OnePlus 15R: Power Meets Durability

The OnePlus 15R enters the market as a performance powerhouse. It is equipped with the cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with 12 GB of LPDDR5X “Ultra” RAM and storage options going up to 512 GB of UFS 4.1.

One of its most striking features is the display—a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel. To cater to both gamers and everyday users, it offers an adaptive refresh rate that ranges from 60Hz up to 165Hz. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i and reaches a peak brightness of 1,800 nits.

For those who prioritize photography and video, the 15R is a significant upgrade. It features:

Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor and is powered by a massive 10,050 mAh battery that supports 33W SUPERVOOC charging. The tablet also supports Dolby Vision for an enhanced viewing experience.
