CCL Products (India) Limited, a global leader in private-label coffee manufacturing, has reported a strong performance for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, supported by rising export demand and operational efficiencies. The company’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per equity share, reflecting its continued commitment to rewarding shareholders.

For FY25, the company posted a standalone net profit of ₹92.29 crore, slightly lower than the previous year’s ₹95.30 crore, despite facing inflationary cost pressures and foreign exchange volatility. Total standalone revenue rose to ₹1,731.90 crore, up from ₹1,461.77 crore in FY24, marking a solid 18.5% year-on-year growth.

The Ngon Coffee Company Limited’s expansion in Vietnam was completed during the year, contributing significantly to capacity and profitability.

Operating profits remained healthy, with a focus on optimizing costs and investing in renewable energy initiatives. CCL’s board also approved an investment of up to ₹15 crore in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to procure hybrid power under the group captive model—part of its long-term sustainability strategy.

The final dividend of ₹5 per share (250% on face value of ₹2) is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Executive Chairman Challa Rajendra Prasad said, “FY25 has been a milestone year. With capacity expansion behind us and global demand steady, we are well-positioned to scale up further and deliver value across markets.”

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹6.93 (basic) for the standalone entity and ₹18.80 for the consolidated business.

Looking ahead, CCL Products plans to focus on expanding its value-added offerings, including freeze-dried and flavored coffees, and is exploring new geographies for growth.
