CERA Sanitaryware Dividend Announces Significant Dividend for FY 2024-25
CERA Sanitaryware Limited has announced a substantial dividend for its shareholders, according to an official disclosure to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
The Board of Directors of CERA Sanitaryware, in their meeting held on May 9, 2025, recommended a
CERA Sanitaryware Dividend of Rs. 65/- per fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 5/- each. This translates to a 1300% dividend.
CERA Sanitaryware dividend is subject to the approval of the members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be dispatched or remitted to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration.
To determine the eligibility of members to receive the dividend, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from July 2, 2025, to July 9, 2025 (both days inclusive). The record date for the dividend has been set as July 1, 2025.
This announcement follows the company’s earlier communication regarding the approval of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The 27th Annual General Meeting of CERA Sanitaryware Limited is scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025.
