In its Board meeting held today, REC Limited—a Maharatna company owned by the Government of India—has recommended a final dividend of ₹2.60 per equity share for the year ending March 31, 2025. This will be subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, and if sanctioned, payment will be made within 30 days of the AGM.

This proposal supplements the four interim dividends totalling ₹15.40 per share already distributed during FY25, taking the overall dividend for the year to ₹18 per share—up from ₹16 in FY24.

  • Net Interest Income: ₹5,877 crore in Q4 (up 37.6% year-on-year) and ₹19,878 crore for the full year (up 27%).
  • Earnings Per Share: ₹60.20 in FY25, versus ₹53.55 in FY24.
  • Assets Under Management: Grew to ₹5.66 lakh crore from ₹5.09 lakh crore.
  • Asset Quality: Net credit-impaired assets fell to 0.38% of AUM from 0.86%, helped by resolving five stressed loan accounts totalling ₹26,171 crore.
